Monthly Membership options

  • Adult monthly membership £75 per month

  • Student monthly membership * £60 per month

  • Junior monthly membership £60 per month

Pay as you go options

  • Adult (18+) £15 per session

  • Student * £10 per session

  • Junior (U18) £10 per session

*Students are those aged 16+ and in full time education. Student ID is required to join on this membership.

+ All users MUST complete the Par Q (pre activity questionnaire) BEFORE stepping on the mats. This is a health and safety requirement. Anyone failing to do so will be asked to leave the mats immediately and complete the form before they are permitted to train.

  • Monthly membership allows users to attend as many HCA classes as they wish each week, as well as access the functional fitness area during open hours.

  • On our new system payments will be taken out on the last day of the month for the next month e.g August membership will come out on the last day of July. This allows us enough time to process and manage all members. Please read our Membership Terms & Conditions for more information.

  • This is a cancel anytime, non-contract membership. All we ask is you give us plenty of notice BEFORE cancelling.

  • We try to be as flexible as possible with memberships. If you need some time off for a reasonable reason, please get in touch and we can discuss pausing your membership.

  • However, memberships are not intended for members to train only during selected months and cancel for others. If you choose to cancel and then rejoin at a later date, a £15 rejoining fee will apply.

  • Any failed membership payment will incur a £5 administration fee in addition to your monthly membership payment.

  • If a membership payment continues to fail over multiple months and remains unpaid, Hertford Combat Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership

  • We cannot issue any refunds once your membership is paid each month.

  • Joining part way through month - Please email hertfordcombatacademy@gmail.com to sort payment and sign up
